Soviet Strela Tin Toy Racing Cars Set

A delightful boxed set of four "Стрела" (Strela/Arrow) tin lithograph racing cars in their original blue and red cardboard box labeled "Набор Автомобилей" (Car Set). Each miniature friction car features a futuristic streamlined design with cheerful child drivers, playful animal mascots (cat, rabbit, bird, dog), and racing numbers 3 through 6.

These friction-powered tin toys represent the optimistic, space-age aesthetic that dominated Soviet children's products in the 1960s-70s. The "Strela" name evoked speed and progress, while the charming illustrations appealed to young imaginations.
