A Soviet Чайка ladies' hunter-case watch with four large trapezoid bracelet links of painted enamel — pale blue ground with pink roses, blue petals, and yellow accents, each set in a rope-twist silver-tone frame. The hinged cover opens to a gold-tone inner case with engraved scrollwork, a round dial with Roman numerals, and Чайка branding. Made at the Uglich Watch Factory, 1970s–80s.
The enamel bracelet is the strongest element here — the blue-ground floral panels are a less common palette for Chaika's enamel range, which more often worked on white. The pale sky-blue ground gives the florals a watercolor quality the white-ground versions don't quite achieve.
Fair vintage condition. Enamel bracelet links intact with vivid color and no crazing. Dial shows significant oxidation and tarnishing; crystal is cloudy. Cover interior shows corrosion. Case exterior tarnished. Bracelet hardware shows wear. Recently serviced, running.
