Gold-plated Slava with the ribbed "staircase" bracelet that was practically a flex in 1980 Soviet Union. The dial is two-tone — a warm salmon center disc set inside a champagne gold chapter ring — with the Moscow Olympics emblem and © СССР mark printed cleanly at center. Bar indices, matching gold hands, and a single crown at 3 o'clock. The caseback is stamped GENESIS 18K.
Made at the Second Moscow Watch Factory for the 1980 Moscow Summer Olympics — the Games the US and 65 other nations boycotted over the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan. The Soviets responded by producing a flood of Olympic merchandise for the 1,000+ athletes who did show up, and for domestic sale. This watch was the prestige tier: gold-plated case, integrated bracelet, the full treatment.
Condition: Good vintage condition. Gold plating shows some wear at bracelet link edges and lug areas. Dial clean with no visible damage. Crystal intact with light surface scratches. Running.
