Novelty cigarette holder disguised as a miniature Armenian cognac bottle, finished in dark lacquered wood with cream and gold label. Lift the bottle top to reveal a spring-loaded brass mechanism with individual cigarette tubes arranged in a starburst pattern—the "сюрприз" (surprise) that gives it its name.

The label features both Armenian and Russian text with "ԿՈdelays КОНЬЯК" (cognac) and "АРМЕНИЯ" prominently displayed.
